I just hit both Ocean State Job Lot and Michael's to restock with blank canvases, new brushes and acrylics. Fall is going to be paint-tastic!

"Birches 2" is on the easel (I'm just waiting for the orange paint to dry). I may not finish today, as I am going to be in Cambridge, MA with several friends at Abbie Barrett's show at TOAD.

It's 6:45 pm and this is what I accomplished today - "Birches 1":

I plan on using my other canvas of the same size to do another, with a background other than the custom yellow seen here, before the weekend is over.
